Pro-gun Congressman Ralph Norman to Face Darline Graham in South Carolina Republican Runoff Election

South Carolina Republican voters have narrowed the field, sending pro-gun Congressman Ralph Norman to face Darline Graham in the runoff election.

For Palmetto State gun owners, the runoff presents a clear contrast in transparency on the Second Amendment.

Congressman Ralph Norman completed and returned the Palmetto Gun Rights Candidate Survey, earning a 100% pro-gun rating based on his responses. His commitment to defending the right to keep and bear arms has also earned him the endorsement of the National Association for Gun Rights Political Action Committee (NAGR PAC).

Norman is also a co-sponsor on Real National Constitutional Carry (H.R. 645) in the U.S. House of Representatives, leaving gun owners with no doubt that he will continue supporting true pro-gun reforms at the highest level.

Darline Graham, however, has not returned her Palmetto Gun Rights Candidate Survey.

That leaves South Carolina gun owners with an important question.

Where does Darline Graham truly stand on the Second Amendment?

The Palmetto Gun Rights Candidate Survey gives every candidate the same opportunity to clearly state their positions on the issues that matter most to gun owners. Returning the survey allows voters to evaluate candidates based on their stated commitments — not campaign rhetoric or assumptions.

Congressman Norman chose to answer those questions. Darline Graham did not.

Furthermore, Graham’s name was noticeably missing from a recent letter signed by 35 Congressmen, including Ralph Norman, urging the DOJ not to appeal the ruling in the Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF case that states registration requirements for NFA items like silencers, SBRs, and SBSs are unconstitutional.

Runoff Election on Tuesday, August 25th

As the runoff campaign continues, Palmetto Gun Rights encourages every gun owner to carefully examine the candidates’ records and positions before casting a ballot.

South Carolina’s gun owners deserve elected officials who are willing to clearly and publicly state where they stand on protecting the Second Amendment — and ACT on it.

Palmetto Gun Rights will continue working to hold candidates accountable and provide voters with the information they need to make informed decisions at the ballot box.
